There’s nothing listed in the frequency databases at the same time on the same frequencies. I’m not sure what is blocking the signal, but it should be a fairly clear channel.

There should be an ID at the top of the hour. What language is the program?

It gets in the way and I can only receive it on the 9pm broadcast when that frequency isn’t being used at the same time.

Try tuning into some of the other broadcasts to see what you can hear.

The Southeast Asia and Middle East transmissions might be easiest for you to receive.
