		<description><![CDATA[Senator: I don&#039;t think KCTV would allow it to go to air with Southern terms :) They&#039;re not actually using KBS footage verbatim (obviously) so it could&#039;ve come to them that way, KBS just hands over the rights but the video packages come from the ABU, I think. Source material is clearly in English text so I just don&#039;t think KCTV would have the resources to do that kind of editing, but you never know.]]></description>
