Not much of an alibi. That sounds even more damning for the Chinese manufacturer; either they&#039;ve been infiltrated or they&#039;ve given the drones to DPRK (perhaps by way of intermediaries in the PRC military?). 

If these were available to the public, then North Korean agents might have bought them without the makers&#039; knowledge, but if they&#039;re unreleased then this brings even more suspicion on the company that makes them.]]></description>
