Site Contents: KCC Europe is the European outpost of Pyonyang’s Korea Computer Center. In 2004 the European partner, Jan Holterman, secured agreement to supply a satellite-based Internet connection to the DPRK. The company also ran the .kp top-level domain. In late 2010 the .kp domain went offline, the KCC Europe home page was changed to a single place-holder image and the North Korean government tied with a Thai-based company on Internet service. The joint venture no longer exists.
