North Korea has been quietly building up its IT industry and a handful of companies are looking overseas for business.

In this story, I looked at software outsourcing in North Korea. We interviewed Nosotek, one of the few foreign-DPRK joint ventures, and some of their customers.

  1. he problem can easily be prevented from increasing because outsourcing allows an simpler admission to experts. In most circumstances, the cost is expensive.
